In November 2025, we asked our social media followers to nominate their ‘RARE Inspirations’—someone who lives with a rare disease or condition, or someone who is connected to rare disease or conditions through either work, relationships, or caregiving.

We started this campaign with the hope of sparking some much-needed joy in these turbulent times. The responses we have received from you all have been incredible—and thanks to YOU, it’s been more powerful than we had ever imagined.

From the nominations, we randomly selected 24 nominees to highlight on social media over 24 days in December. We thank every single nominator and nominee, and we are sorry that we can’t feature everyone. These stories, however, are the very foundation of why RARE Revolution exists.
