How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Third party links and social media

In order to effectively signpost we host links to relevant third-party organisations and companies both on our website and in our digital publications. We do not accept liability for third party privacy policies. If you have concerns, please refer to the individual organisations privacy policy.

We host Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Flickr, Google+ and YouTube buttons on both our websites and digital publications, some of which are our own and some of which are third parties.
