Dravet Syndrome UK has launched the Little Moments Matter Awards today (Monday 23 June), a new initiative designed to recognise and celebrate outstanding health, social care, and education professionals who provide vital support to families affected by Dravet Syndrome. The awards are being unveiled today to mark International Dravet Syndrome Awareness Day – a day dedicated globally to raising awareness of this complex and lifelong condition.
Dravet Syndrome is a rare and life-changing neurological condition and presents significant challenges to families, who must manage intricate care needs while navigating multiple systems including healthcare, social services, and education.
