Having had both brain surgery for her epilepsy and stints in psychiatric hospitals due to mental health illnesses, Torie provides a gripping, deep insight into the real worlds of disability and both psychiatric and neurological illnesses.

A charismatic and engaging global keynote speaker and podcast host, Torie employs her personal and professional knowledge and experience of the worlds of epilepsy, mental health, and diversity & inclusion to speak candidly on what it means to be different, how her illnesses/disabilities (and abilities!) affect her, and how organisations can be both inclusive and save lives.

Adapting her style from informative keynotes to positively uplifting and entertaining storytelling, Torie both captivates and educates an audience.

With significant experience in the healthcare, education, financial and banking sectors, Torie is a natural in communicating within these industries and relating professionally, internationally, culturally, and personally.
